Starting off the 2008 Inbound Marketing Summit was Brian Halligan, CEO and Co-Founder of HubSpot, with an introduction to the world of Inbound Marketing, followed by recognizing the three Inbound Marketing Award winners, and finally, introducing our morning keynote speaker, David Meerman Scott.

Brian Halligan is co-founder and CEO of HubSpot, an inbound marketing company dedicated to helping small businesses leverage the Internet to get found by qualified prospects and convert more of them into leads and customers. Previously, Brian worked as a venture partner at Longworth Ventures and held senior sales and marketing roles at Groove Networks and Parametric Technology Corporation. Brian holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and now occasionally lectures at MIT on the science of selling.
