EXHIBITOR PRESENCE

Please be advised there will be a receiving charge for packages shipped to the Fort Mason Center.

SIGNS / BANNERS

The venue does not permit banners to be attached to the walls or ceilings. Please be advised that any display or promotional material that does not fit on your display stand is not allowed on the exhibit floor. This includes but is not limited to: Popup Banners, Floor standing monitors, Bag racks, Etc…

SPONSOR SET-UP

Exhibitor set-up begins Monday, June 11th from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm or Tuesday, June 12 at 7:00 am Please have your display show ready by 10:00 am on June 12th (first break/exhibits begin at 10!)

SPONSOR TEAR-DOWN

Exhibitors may begin tear-down as early as 2:45 pm on Wednesday, June 13th
*Shipping: Please make shipping arrangements for your materials at the conclusion of the event

EVENT HOURS

The Inbound Marketing Summit hours are as follows:

Tuesday, June 12th: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Wednesday, June: 9:00 AM – 4:15PM

*A continental breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 am both mornings

ELECTRICAL

One electrical plug will be provided at each DEMO Station. Note: If you need more than one plug, you will need to bring your own power strip.

INTERNET

Wi-Fi Internet will be provided.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Please email atierney@thepulsenetwork.com to register for your Sponsor staff passes. Deadline: June 7th

EXHIBITOR BADGES

Sponsor badges will be available for pickup onsite beginning Monday,
June 11th from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm and then at 7:30 am each day of the
event at the event registration area.
