Please be advised that any display or promotional material that does not fit on your exhibit stand will not be allowed on the exhibit floor. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Floor standing monitors
  • Bag racks
  • Etc…

SHIPPING

Please be advised that The Altman Building does not accept packages at any time. Please ship all packages to your respective hotels and carry them to the Altman Building. ANY SHIPMENT SENT TO THE ALTMAN BUILDING WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER. Back to Top

SIGNS / BANNERS

The venue does not permit banners to be attached to the walls or ceilings. Please be advised that any display or promotional material that does not fit on your display stand is not allowed on the exhibit floor. This includes but is not limited to: Popup Banners, Floor standing monitors, Bag racks, Etc… Back to Top

SPONSOR SET-UP

Exhibitor set-up begins Wednesday, April 3rd at 6:30 a.m. Please have your display for the show ready by 8:00 am on April 3rd (first break/exhibits begin at 10:00am!) Back to Top

SPONSOR TEAR-DOWN

Exhibitors may begin tear-down as early as 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 4th *Shipping: Please make shipping arrangements for your materials at the conclusion of the event. There is a UPS location around the corner. Back to Top
